Solution for this topic
The issue is with category slug which I can see on your site as %ce%b2%ce%84%ce%bb%cf%85%ce%ba%ce%b5%ce%af%ce%bf%cf%85
Please change it to more readable english format as described in the below page.

Hi Gerd,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I don’t see it on your shared site.
Does it display on specific page or on specific browser?

Solution for this topic
Hi @singbrothers1,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions & feedback.
How do I edit the Shop Page? Whenever I use any elements, it does not reflect live. Are there any steps I’m missing?
You can customize Woocommerce shop page by editing Woocommerce shop page template as described on the below pages.
https://www.woothemes.com/2014/08/five-quick-woocommerce-customization-tips/
https://docs.woothemes.com/document/template-structure/
https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/tree/2.5.0/templates
I’m trying to replicate the first portion of my homepage onto the attached link in the private information field.
I don’t see your site home page but just the message “Sing Brother’s all-new resource center is coming your way.”.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @jebowl00,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @parijata,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
UPD. Later this problem disappeared in Google Chrome, but remained in the Opera, even after cleaning the cache.
If it works on one browser but not other then it must be browser specific issue.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
The conflict is expressed in the incorrect display of the plugin on the site. The priority of the theme CSS overrides the plugin styles. Is it possible to fix this problem?
Could you please tell me which plugin and CSS you are talking about?
Also could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I could confirm the issue on my test site which seems happening because wp_upload_dir WordPress function does not return HTTPS URLs therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can fix it by using the solution shared in the following page or would you mind if I log in to your site and do it? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?

The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-footer-instagram > .widget-item { display: block; padding-bottom: 60px; }
The Unyson page builder was required plugin but now it is not and you can use either Unyson page builder or visual composer page builder to edit your site pages.
The Unyson page builder settings that you have displayed in your shared screenshot allows you to configure on which post type you want to use Unyson page builder.
As the heading was working fine before update but not now so would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?
Hi @dionisisk,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I visited your sharted site but didn’t see any issue on it.
Could you please tell me a bit more in detail how to reproduce the issue by sharing screenshot of it so that I can help you?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
If the Unyson plugin says that then please contact Unyson plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/unyson
But it seems the problem is with your outdated PHP version so have you tried updating it?
Hi Muriel,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To set up shipping zones, go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. If you don’t see Shipping as an option, go back to WooCommerce > General and take a look at settings at Shipping Location(s) – you may need to enable shipping settings there!
Please refer following article.

Hi Nicole,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to develop custom code to change blog image sizes.
Alternatively you can use below plugin to crop images properly.

You are using outdated version of PHP which is causing this issue. Please see http://php.net/supported-versions.php
To resolve the issue please contact your web host to update it to the latest version.
Hi Michelle,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes you have to delete existing theme to install latest version of theme and you won’t lose any content on your site.
Alternatively you can update it as described in the following page.

I could confirm the issue on my test site which occurs when we do not select any social share icons in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile I resolved it on your site by selecting one social share icon but made it not to display.
