I am not sure exactly why it happened to you but currently, the theme doesnât fully support  Brizy page builder so it is not recommended to use it.
You can either use WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) or Unyson page builder bundled with theme.
The Yellow Pencil editor is not page builder but styler that can be used to style the page.

That link is generated by breadcrumbs code so to edit it you have to modify the code added in the function jevelin_breadcrumbs in the theme file /jevelin/inc/helpers.php by overwriting it in the Jevelin child theme.

I am not sure what you meant by “the âBuilderâ folder doesnât seem to activate,”.
Also your shared FTP credentials are not working for me.
I have attached builder extension to this reply which you have to upload on the below path in your WordPress install directory.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Those are Unyson plugin extensions which got stored in the extensions directory on the path /wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/extensions/
When WordPress gets updated then it doesn’t change anything stored in the wp-content directory so extensions also doesn’t change or get removed.
I am not sure why this is happening on your site so we have to troubleshoot it.
Are you updating WordPress manually or using automatic updation?
Which host are you using?
Please make sure the extensions exist on the path /wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/extensions/ and see whether it gets removed after updating the WordPress .

It is being fixed in the theme which will be released soon.
In the meanwhile you can fix it by using the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code.
I have tested it and it seems currently it doesn’t support custom size.
I have created feature request for it so that the option will be developed to create custom size image curtains.
