Are you getting emails from your site like user registration or comments posted?
Please use following plugin to test whether your site sends email successfully.

Have you configured the contact form settings correctly and is the contact form test email getting sent?

I have 2 problems with this product page. I have a long product description, which is only based on the right side of the screen.
This means that the description will just continue on the right side of the screen all the way down, can i change it, so that it fills all the screen?
You can make whole page full width by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-woo-layout-left.col-md-6, .sh-woo-layout-right.col-md-6 { width: 100%; }Second problem: I cannot use layout/content elements (Visual page builder) from the jevelin theme on the product pages, only the normal wordpress forms.
To achieve this you have to enable page builder for product type as shown in the attached screenshots.

Your shared site credentials doesn’t work on your site and I get Invalid username error message so please make sure that it is correct and working fine.
Another site issue is this weird cookies warning. We would rather remove this because we do not need to track visitor cookies. Please remove that annoying theme feature. Thanks.
It is a Notice that you can disable from theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
2- We had a cool slider, we would like that back
3- We had 5 editorial circles below that and a blog roll below that with popular/recent blogs in the side.

Your shared new site credentials worked for me and I couldn’t access your site previously because your site credentials shared previously in this topic is not working now.
I could log in to your site now using new shared credentials but I couldn’t access slider revolution settings on your site as displayed in the attached screenshot.
It seems the shared site credentials are not for admin user so could you please make the user as an admin so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
as well as my other question on making all pages’ top bar show Header 3 style and info like tel, email and office address. Now only the Home Page top bar is displaying correctly.

I could confirm it on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
It will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can just ignore this warning as the theme still works with the plugin without any issue and if you get any issue then feel free to ask us.

You can see various Home Templates on the following Demo site and compare it with how your site was looking to find out the template you were using.

How can I go back to the previous demo with my logo and my menu ?
You can just install the previous demo again. Do take backup of your site regularly before importing the demo.
