I can access your website but your website credentials are not working.
Also, could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the WP Rocket Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?

I could not log into your website as I am getting an error as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Admin Area -> Gillion -> Framework Upgrade
Please first take a backup of your website before doing upgradation.

It seems the category specific issue that I can’t reproduce on my website.
Could you please test it by changing the category and if the issue does not occur with other categories then please recreate the news category?
I logged into your website and it seems this is category-specific issue as it works fine If I change the category as shown in the attached screenshot.

Are you using the same theme versions on both websites?

The WPbakery page builder plugin is bundled with the theme that you can install from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Please note that you are using the WPbakery page builder plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not a direct customer of that plugin and cannot activate that plugin with the key.
Please find more information about it on the following page.
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case, you can just delete the old plugin version and reinstall the latest plugin version bundled with the theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and then update the WpBakery plugin from the path Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
