Hello,

For a revolution slider we had a vimeo video set as the background to showcase one of our projects.

For some reason the video doesn’t load in any more and even creating new slider, the vimeo background doesn’t ever load up.

I’ve tried testing it on a new page with the vimeo hero template from Theme Punch and even that just stays on the background image.

Can you advise on how to get this functionality back?

I cannot get slider revolution to work at all. The plugin is activated and it’s not giving me errors, but whenever I go to create a new one I cannot get any animations to work.

I’ve watched a few tutorials on how to create them and followed it step by step but the animations never work in preview or on the page. I’ve gone through there support and the firs thing they ask is that the plugin is up to date. It’s currently using 5.4.7.2 and .4 is available. It also says if the plugin is bundled with the theme that the new version should come from you.

Could you help with getting the most recent version to rule out that it might be that? Or, could you provide a demo slider to see if it’s my lack of skills with this? I’d like to have a working slider because I’m pretty sure it’s me doing something wrong but I’m following multiple online instructions and having no success. The demo I had stopped working after I switched out a picture.

Sorry if this is a 101 questions but the tutorials aren’t complicated so part of me feels like something isn’t right.

Whenever I try to install slider revolution, I get a message: “Plugin not activated. A higher version of Slider Revolution is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin. I cannot update it though, because I can’t install the plugin.

I have been wondering during some hours and I dont know what I’m missing because Im unable to put the slider I did with the Revolution Slider tool. How can I add an slider on the header like the example page?

I can’t install compatible extensions, because zips can’t be downloaded, as in image attached.

NOTE: with plugins: revolution slider and yellow pencil, it happened equal, but i obtained urls from errors messages, and download those two zips directly through the browser, and after that, I  installed them from plugins > add plugin > add zip.

help, I can’t see any of the theme settings (see screenshot 1).

Theme Version: 3.0.1
WordPress: 4.9.5
PHP: 7.1.10

I installed the latest WordPress Version yesterday, bought the Jevlin and downloaded the theme. I opened WP and made an upload of the jevelin.zip container following the instructions.

Then I activated plugins like Unyson, Slider Revolution, One Click Demo Import, Mail Chimp and WP Instagram Widget.

I got some import errors (see screenshot 2) when uploading demo content”Corporate”; a look at the log file shows:

I’m having a nightmare trying to work out why the second slide I’ve created in slider revolution won’t appear after the first.

I’ve used Slider Rev before on other websites and never had this problem – I’m sure it’s something annoyingly obvious.

I want the social icons to be #f27eb2 all the time rather than white. I’ve found the code to make them change to that when the sticky header becomes active, but not right when the page loads.

Also, for some reason, when the page is scrolled, the revolution slider goes behind the menu, disabling a menu background and making the menu totally unreadable. Is there a way to have the header a fixed height so the page scroll starts below the header area?

i have tried searching for the solution in already posted threads but i am unable to find one

My Slider Revolution Plugin was giving Error on Activation so i deleted the plugin assuming it should be somewhere in the theme for reinstall

Now i cannot find it anywhere including /jevelin/inc/plugins/revslider.zip

On my homepage (http://www.bernardpretorius.com) the revolution slider is sitting underneath my header, however there is some unwanted padding in between that I do not want (see screenshot).

In the page builder all padding is removed from the revolution slider content as well as the section it is sitting in.

Any advice?
