    Hi there,

     

    We have set a video user slider revolution for the homepage. The site is on coming soon mode and when I use in admin > customise the different display formats it reflects on desk, tablet and mobile. However when I disable the maintenance mode, the video is not showing on mobile. Can you please help with this?

    The site is currently on coming soon format, as we are launching at the beginning of next week. If you need to disable this setting to check the mobile display please do so. I send the admin log in details on the private more.

    I have tried installing this but get “the execution failed. Please check error log”

    I still get the same error. Any other ideas I can try?

    We purchased WPML, but now I have problems with it. I followed instructions and configured everything. The problem is, I can translate text, but the rest of the content does not appear on the translated website ( for example – revolution slider, woocomerce categories, woo recent products and so on ).

    How can I get homepage duplicated and completely the same visually on translated pages as well?

    @williasl16 That is what we have said above that it is not located there.

    The short and clear answer is that it is not possible to import predefined slider templates from theme bundled slider revolution plugin.

    Hi,

     

    I’m using the Fitness theme for my home page, and can not figure out how to stop the revolution slider image from going into the background of the header.  When the page is fully scrolled to the top, the image goes into the background of the header, but as you scroll down the header goes into sticky-mode.

    Hi Richa,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Could you please tell me exactly where you are getting this error message by sharing the screenshot of the screen and also tell me which version of Slider revolution plugin you are using on your site?

     

    Please try deleting and recreating the slider on your site.

    Hi there, Revolution slider is showing error when i try to activate it! I deleted the plugin & reinstalled. The php version is the latest 7.1 version. But still it is giving fatal error! as below

    Hi, how are you. i need to do my slider revolution responsive, but i don’t find the smartphon, tablet, notebok, etc icons on the right. On other proyects that i did, i got this icons to change to smartphone visual, for example, on the right.

     

    Is there any configuration to visualize these icons? Thanks!

    Can you please tell me how to make the header look like the one in the “Home Event” Template Header https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/home/home-event/.

    I am not sure what you meant by “text come in one at a time” so could you please describe it a bit more in detail?

    Please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server.

     

    Also please try deleting and reinstalling the revolution slider plugin.

    Hello, I have a problem with the revoltuion slider. I cant activate the plugin! it says this

    Of course I need a slider on my homepage, and the RS isnt working. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

    Menu 1 that appears on the homapage over the slide (using slider revolution) – I do not know how to change the color here.

    You can change its color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    We have launched today and we have a more urgent isuse: as the homepage banner slide we have set a video. The same is not showing on mobile, (even though when testing on the admin back end on customise and then mobile format, it was showing, but then we launched and when using actual phones it doesnt show ? can you please advice?

    Topic: Updated the theme and now all my content is missing

    Just updated the theme following your instructions to pick a different theme then delete the old one and upload the newer version and some of my content is missing on the home page. I have updated the Unyson and Slider revolution and still the content is missing. The other pages looks fine, services, about the designer and portfolio and testimonials but the home page is still missing content.

    Hi @kevindmichels,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Currently the theme doesn’t display video in the header so you have to develop custom code or use any plugin to achieve this.

     

    Alternatively you can add video in the revolution slider and display that slider in the header as described in the following topic.

    Thank you very much for your responses.

     

    I am afraid that have tried your advice to change the color of the text on the menu and it didn’t work.

     

    There are 2 menus:

    1. Menu 1 that appears on the homapage over the slide (using slider revolution) – I do not know how to change the color here.
    2. Menu 2 that appears when scrolling down – I can change the text color on the styling area of the back end.

    Please see screenshoots to ilustrate this. Do you know how can I change the color for menu 1?

    Hi

    I am not sure I well understand. I guess having done exactly what you suggest. On my photo, you can see that I put “Titlebar Revolution Slider” on disabled.

     

    I don’t understand what I have to do.

    You have to create the slider and select it in the “Titlebar Revolution Slider” option. This option should be Disabled.

    I try to activate the Slider Revolution Plugin with my purchase code for Jevelin but it doesn’t work.
    On your website you mention that this plugin is included in the theme package, so how can I use it for free?
