About the pink text box you should be able to add the border radius where the text is placed inside by just editing column which contains the text. There under Design options should be Border radius and you can set it to your needed value.

It looks like that button won’t align center with text-align CSS property, but you can try with this:
margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;
About the rounded corners – can you please attach an screenshot of the block you want it to add? As we are not currently sure which border radius you wanted to change.

We are using default WordPress system for pagination functionality and it seems that this behavior can’t be changed with options. So if you really want to change that you will need to do some custom PHP coding to achieve that. You can google that with keywords like these – WordPress pagination remove page from link
