Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
We have worked on some other solutions and we might found something, but we would need to access your website dashboard to test it. Would it be possible?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Can you please share login details your website? (you can share them in the private information field). As at the moment we can’t replicate the issue, so we can can’t figure out a solution
Hi there,
In rare cases theme files could get corrupted. We have had some tickets before where updating to new downloaded files form Themeforest solves the issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
About the login details we answered in this topic.

Sorry for our late response.
Yes, we can confirm your issue and we have a solution that we would like to test on your website. Would it be possible to access your website dashboard?
Sure, this could be confusing.
Basically:
So for now you don’t need two plugins which adds theme options as it can add more issues than solve. When you will be ready to uninstall Unyson framework plugin (all Unyson page builder pages will be built with WPBakery page builder) then you can go to this page and just follow instructions – Admin Sidebar > Jevelin > Framework Upgrade
Hi there,
Looks like the login details didn’t save correctly. For some reason this feature sometimes doesn’t want to work correctly. Can you please try to attach the login details again?
We will try to fix these issues soon after we will be able to access your website.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you for clarifying it.
We still can’t replicate this issue in our test sites. If we can’t access your website to debug this issue, then at the moment we can only recommend to try to remove WPBakery page builder and install it again
Hi there,
We just checked and it is working just fine in our test server.
Can you please let us know if you are using Jevelin theme settings page or Appearance > Customize page? We have two theme setting pages, so please try in both of them and let us know if both places you receive this error.
Best regards,

Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
Would it be possible for us to login to your website dashboard? It would help us to find the causes for your issues (you can share them in the private information field).
1., 2. Can you please share a link to the issues?
3. We have some reports about it, but we can’t replicate the issue in our test servers
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It still might be related to the first file. Would it be possible to login to your website dashboard, so we can try to find the cause?
Hi there,
Have you tried to disable other plugins and see if that fixes it? It might be some compatibility issue with other plugin.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Can you please check what is the location of those two files? (in the screenshot below) It might give us a hint on issue cause
Hi there,
Did you manage to fix the issue?
It looks like that it is working fine now.

Shufflehound team
Sorry for our late response.
We could fix it for you if you don’t mind sharing access data to your website (you can share it in the private information field)
