That was a strange bug, we are glad that it is working fine now! 🙂
Hi there,
Can you please try to disable all caching and optimizing plugins and see if that works? Often that is the issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Oh, then it looks like that the Slider Revolution content didn’t import correctly.
The issue can be easily fixed by installing the missing content. We can attach the file for download here and you can import it manually or if you want we can install it for you.

We don’t have any workarounds at the moment, but we will try to improve this theme behavior in the next updates.
Strange, would it be possible to access your website to debug this issue?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Would it be possible to login in to your website, so we can inspect your issue? You can share the access data in the private field.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Please try to install them under Appearance > Install plugins page.
Let us know if that works.

Hi there,
Thank you for letting us know.
We will fix this in the next update.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We can see that your website CSS/JS files are not optimized (not combined). If you are already using caching plugin that supports this feature then you just need to enable it. Otherwise you can use Autoptimize plugin.
Hi there,
We can confirm your issue. Would it be possible to access your website dashboard? That would help to faster find the cause of the issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are welcome. 🙂
Oh, we removed your login data as you didn’t post it in the private field. Please change the access data password and post it again in the private field.
We are glad that it worked! 🙂
