We can see that your website CSS/JS files are not optimized (not combined). If you are already using caching plugin that supports this feature then you just need to enable it. Otherwise you can use Autoptimize plugin.

We checked both sites and could not determine what could be the cause, but it seems that it was related to the plugin itself.
About theme update notice issue, can you please tell us if you are using child theme?
We managed to find the cause, when disabling The Plus Addons for Elementor and The Plus Addons for Elementor – Pro then the issue goes away. Therefore this is some kind of a plugin compatibility issue.

We don’t have an option for that, but we can create a custom CSS to change it.
If you want to make all captions smaller then use this:
.wp-block-image figcaption { font-size: 11px!important; color: #8d8d8d; }If you want to make all captions larger then use this one:
.post-thumnail-caption { font-size: inherit!important; color: inherit!important; }Here is a tutorial on how to use this custom CSS snippets.

We did all the testing we could and it seems like a plugin issue, because the footer widgets are working fine only the Forminator widgets seems to have some kind of issue. When debugging we can see that the Forminator widget shows some hidden HTML tags, therefore it seems like some kind of a plugin configuration issue.
