Good news 🙂 – we found the issue that cause most of the issue: demo importer doesn’t replace content (for example, if page with ID 100 exists then demo importer won’t add that page). Therefore when you installed multiple of our demos, then the issue was that pages were just skipped due to old content.
We managed to improve this – demo main content will only look for page slug (for example, “home-beauty”) and if that won’t exist then content will be added. Also we added notice about this, so users can keep that in mind. There are plans to improve this even further, but we can’t give any ETA about that.
About your demos, looks like we managed to install all of them.
Ok, we think that WPBakery Page Builder should work just fine, so we will try that first.
1 . We will now test these demos locally (in our demo server) making sure that there are now issues and fix if we will found something.
2. Then we will install all these demos in WPBakery Page Builder versions on your server and make sure that content installs (ideally without custom importing).
3. Notify you here when it is done 🙂 (hopefully we will manage to do that in a few hours)
Thank you, I will take a look. 🙂
Are you interested only on Unyson builder content or WPBakery Page Builder content also would work for you?
Also which specific demo you would like us to install?
We can see that you already posted feedback in Themeforest comment.
As we are finishing latest update, we would also include fix for this issue. Can you give us access data to your website, so we can troubleshot from there? That would be much faster
Hi there,
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with our theme.
At the moment there are multiple WordPress 5.5 related issues that we are fixing right now and update should be live in upcoming hours.
Also we are working on multiple specific demo installation issues like Education and Crypto demos that soon will have new demo contents to install. Beside that all demos installs just fine in our demo servers, so it is possible that the issue is due to connect issue between hosting and our server. That we are also inspecting.
Can you please tell us which demo contents won’t install for you?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Main theme developer here.
We will add Linkedin and try to fix hamburger menu issue in the next theme version, which will be live in the first half of the next week.
Hi there,
Main theme developer here.
Sorry to hear that. 🙁
We have tried multiple fixes for your specific issue, though none of them have successfully fixed it till now. We will add more fixes on the next Jevelin update, which should be live in the upcoming days (tomorrow or day after that). Hopefully we will finally fix it.
Also can you please renew access data to your website? We would like to test it directly from your site, but it can’t be accessed anymore with login details in previous replies.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi,
Sorry for this inconvenience.
We had issues with CDN (Content Delivery Network) file cache.
Now files are finally updated and both WPbakery page builder and Slider Revolution plugin installations should be fixed.
Before installing both plugins it is recommended to uninstall Revolution Slider plugin. That will fix WPbakery page builder plugin not available for installation issue.

Education demo is installed.
We had issue with image installation from multiple different servers, so it is possible that content importation issue could also be related to your server hosting. After installation we manually added most of main demo images.
We are really sorry for that. 🙁
We’re currently working on it and demo should be ready after a few hours.
Topic will be updated when demo will be ready.
Hi,
We are now investigating this issue with our hosting providers, hopefully they will manage to improve this.
About demo manual installation, would you like us to install Education demo based on WPbakery page builder or Unyson Page Builder?
Best regards,

Hello,
Sorry for this inconvenience.
It was pretty hard to find a solution for this issue, but it looks like we got it.
This issue could be related to your Cloudflare setup as in page source we can see that you have “Rocket load” option enabled.
Therefore please go to your Coudflare account, find the option “Rocket load” and disable it.
Let us know if that fixed your issue.
Best regards,
