In some places it might be embedded inside the theme, so you would need to modify the theme files. But we could help with that if needed.

By default it should show the author box also at the top of the author page. It can be disabled due to missing author description, or is disabled from Post Elements option.

Sorry for that, it that you have different theme license associated to your account, therefore the download button isn’t available.
We just released the update inside the Themeforest, so it should be available soon. 🙂

- We need to see your website link, otherwise we can’t really guess what could be the issue.
- The portfolio should still work just fine.
- The best way to create pages with the Jevelin theme is by using the WPBakery page builder.

You are right. Our theme primarily supports WooCommerce. While other e-commerce plugins might work, they may not offer the best experience.
