    We’ve tested it again, and everything worked smoothly on our end. If you’re in the correct row, you should be able to upload the image under the “Background” block. The image should update even if it doesn’t display immediately.

    If you’re comfortable sharing login details in the private information field, we’d be happy to make the change for you.

    There could be several reasons for the issue after transferring the website to new hosting. We recommend checking if both the theme and the WPBakery page builder are up to date. However, since it worked before the transfer, it’s likely best to contact your hosting provider.

    Those can be changed inside the files located:

    • jevelin/framework-customizations/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes/accordion/views/view.php – lines 59 and 105
    • jevelin/single.php – line 42

     

    Please note that we don’t recommend changing files directly but via the child theme.

    Hi there,

     

    To swap heading tags (h3, h4, h5) with divs in our theme most likely would require custom changes to the code. However, it’s worth noting:

    1. Headings play a key role in SEO.
    2. Using divs over headings can impact search visibility and site accessibility.

     

    If you’re set on this change, we can help to point on the files needed to be changed, but then we will need a link to your website, so we can see the setup.

    The error related to mobile should have been fixed as we identified the cause.

    The other issue, however, might be coming from another plugin, as the error location doesn’t appear to be from the theme itself.

    Do you still receive the same error message after updating?

    In some instances, it’s recommended to disable (or even uninstall) the WPBakery page builder before updating the plugin. Consider disabling it and trying again.
