Hi there,
There could be several reasons for the issue after transferring the website to new hosting. We recommend checking if both the theme and the WPBakery page builder are up to date. However, since it worked before the transfer, it’s likely best to contact your hosting provider.

Shufflehound team
Great! We are glad that it worked
Those can be changed inside the files located:
Please note that we don’t recommend changing files directly but via the child theme.
Thank you!
It seems that you have installed a plugin, which might not be compatible with our theme. Can you please let know which guidelines did you follow?
Hi there,
Can you please share a link to your website, so we can inspect your website?

Hi there,
To swap heading tags (h3, h4, h5) with divs in our theme most likely would require custom changes to the code. However, it’s worth noting:
If you’re set on this change, we can help to point on the files needed to be changed, but then we will need a link to your website, so we can see the setup.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The error related to mobile should have been fixed as we identified the cause.
The other issue, however, might be coming from another plugin, as the error location doesn’t appear to be from the theme itself.
Hi there,
Sorry for the late response.
We just tested your website and it seems that you managed to solve it?

Do you still receive the same error message after updating?
In some instances, it’s recommended to disable (or even uninstall) the WPBakery page builder before updating the plugin. Consider disabling it and trying again.

You can also try that in the backend editor. There you will be able to access all page elements.
You are welcome!

Thank you that helped a lot!
It seems that we found the cause and managed to fix it.
Please test it 🙂
Hi there,
Would it be possible to login to your website to debug this issue further? (you can share it in the private information field).
That could help a lot, as at the moment, we are not sure about what could cause it.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
