We are glad that we could help! 🙂
Hi there,
It seems that our custom styling isn’t working correctly in the block editor.
Thank you for notifying use, we will add this issue to our to-do list for future releases.

Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
Thank you for your login details, we now could log in successfully. We can also confirm your Appearance > Customize issue, but it seems that is not theme related. However, you could try to customize theme options under Jevelin Settings (at the top bar) as that was working for us just fine.
Also, you could try to switch the theme to a different one and see if the issues persist or go away.

Hi there,
We just checked your product quantity increment buttons on mobile and we can confirm that they don’t work.
But we also noticed that those are different buttons than on the desktop and aren’t coming from our theme.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to change the header icon at the moment, thought we could help you to change it via custom CSS. What is the icon you want to use instead?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
There could be various causes for this.
Can you please share a link to your website (you can share it in the private information field below), so we can see your current setup and try to find the issue?
You are welcome!
No worries!
You are welcome! 🙂
Hi there,
The closest that we could find was the Jevelin 2.4.9 version. We attached an attachment below.

Hi there,
Our demo importer only ads content, so it seems you already had 2 widgets added. You can remove them by going to Appearance > Widgets. We recommend adding the Classic Widgets plugin to modify the widgets.

Hi there,
It seems that you managed to find it. 🙂
Is that correct?

Hi there,
You can change it in Jevelin settings under Styling by changing the accent color option.

Hi there,
Not at the moment.
Would it be possible to log in to your website? That would help a lot to find the issue (you can share it in the private information field).

Hi there,
Here we try to keep all our topics in English.
We translated your text, but in the future please use the English language (you can translate it in Google Translate if needed).
It seems that you want to disable the Titlebar, you can do that under Jevelin Settings (at the topbar) > Titlebar and disable it there.

Hi there,
Sorry, recently we have had some issues with our support times.
We can offer to log in to your website and fix it for you if that is possible (you can share the login details in the private information field). Otherwise, a link to your website would help a lot to see your current setup and figure our how to fix it.

Hi there,
It is a pretty old version.
Can you please try to update to the newest version 5.3.3?

We are glad that it worked! 🙂

Hi there,
It is possible that due to cache this feature isn’t working correctly.
Please try to go to Gillion Settings (at the topbar) > Post > Post View Count and change it to On (slow, works with cache plugins).
Let us know if that works!
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
