You are using the outdated version of the PHP on your website as shown in the second attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.
Also, It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please update the WPBakery page builder plugin from the below path after updating the theme.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

1. On the homepage there is 1 section with “What SoulHome course participants experience”. There are 2 Facebook videos embedded here. when you click on it, the videos just disappear. What is wrong there?
Could you please use the text element instead of using the Video Player element to display it?
2. In Safari the parallax sections with the text above the images don’t work anymore, in Chrome its ok. Thats a problem too.

No, I didn’t heat any incompatibility problem with them.
The mobile menu works fine If we deactivate the Ubermenu plugin on your website as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please ask the Ubermenu plugin support that why they think it’s a theme issue and what is causing it not to work with the theme?

Also, If you think that it is a theme issue then does it work fine using a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty theme on your website?

Please try changing the post format in the dropdown and also try using the below plugin.
I tested it on your website and it opens in a new tab for me.
Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
