Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Reinstalling the theme is safe as it doesn’t delete your site content which is stored in database but do not import any data on your site which may result in to losing your site content.

You can remove it by using the attached custom child theme of Jevelin theme that contains some custom code.
Please try adding that in the URL field and then use the above shared plugins.
If it doesn’t work then could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying and tell me which URLs you want to open in new tab so that i can help you to achieve it by developing custom code?

You can remove author and author prefix by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.post-meta-author { display: none; }
You can change your site date format from your site General settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure you are using latest versions of plugins and following version of theme on your site.

If your still faces the issue then this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Why do you want to put button there?
Instead we can style menu item like button by developing custom CSS code.

Also after updating the Unyson plugin you have to also update its extensions as shown in the attached screenshot.
We troubleshooted the issue and found after updating the Unyson plugin you have to also update its extensions as shown in the attached screenshot to resolve the issue.

I could confirm the issue on my test site using latest version of Unyson plugin therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme and Unyson plugin.
Please make sure you have enabled Unyson page builder for pages in its settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

This is because you have used relative URLs #aboutgregsvideo in your site menu instead please use absolute URLs like http://gregs.com.my/#aboutgregsvideo
