  • Hi @digitalmar2,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Do you mean the boxes as shown in the attached screenshot?

    It is not a part of the theme but achieved using a custom plugin shared in the below topic.

    Hi @Centre LGBTI Lyon,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I don’t notice the issue in your shared screenshot so could you please tell me exactly what is the issue?

    Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Please try using the below latest version of the theme.

    Please login to access this file

    Also, I can see in your first shared screenshot that the Medical demo content is imported successfully as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Please advise.

    Hi @pzl,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I am not sure exactly why this is happening.

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, Facebook Page Plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Best regards,

    I received the details on email and confirmed the issue.

    I have notified this issue to the theme developer so that it will be fixed in the future version of the theme ASAP.

    In the meanwhile, you can use an older version of the theme that was working fine for you.

    Then you can hide it using below custom CSS code.

    body.woocommerce .sh-titlebar {
        display: none;
    }

    Please share it again and also send it on [email protected]

    This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.

    If it is not child theme issue then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme.

    Hi @MonologueHQ,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I am not sure why this is happening.

    Please contact WooCommerce plugin support to resolve the issue.

    I can see the javascript error message in the browser console on clicking on the menu link as shown in the attached screenshot.

    I could confirm the issue on your shared website which generally gets resolved as displayed here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nily_XHYQJ4

    But we don’t have Design Options in the WPBakery Page Builder Settings as shown in the attached screenshot because we are using free version of WPBakery Page Builder plugin bundled with the theme.

    It seems previously you might have installed other version of WPBakery Page Builder plugin which started displaying this notice so just ignore that notice.

    I could confirm it on your shared page.

    Please make sure that you have not set the same image for Project cover and gallery as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Thank you for the code – it worked well. Now that the columns are a good size, can the proposed layout (as per attachment) be achieved with some custom code?

    As said above, to achieve this you have to develop custom PHP code which is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

    Secondly – please show me how to remove the title bar at the top (in grey). I don’t use it on any other pages so I don’t want it here.

    You can remove it from the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

    You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    .blog-list .post-thumbnail .sh-ratio-content {
      background-size: contain;
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
    }
