Would you mind if I log in to your site and do it? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

It seems you are dispalying the menu using responsive-menu plugin so please contact the plugin support to change the menu font size.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

It seems the empty space is added int he slider so please remove it by editing the slider or create a new slider.
I can see this is happening because of the below custom CSS code that you are using on your site by Yellow Pencil Editor plugin.
.products .test img { margin-bottom: 1px !important; margin-top: -50px !important; }To resolve the issue, please remove the CSS code from your site.
You can reset and remove the CSS code added by the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below pages.
