On the homepage, there’s double scrollers on the right-side, screenshot attached.
I visited your website and it displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please test it by clearing your browser cache and using a different browser?
On the header, the VANCE title is missing and we’re unable to get it to display as the settings only make Jevelin logo display, screenshot attached.
On the WooCommerce Shop page, the Sale image is cut-off, screenshot attached.
I could confirm the issues on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issues will be fixed ASAP.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
This is not a theme-specific issue but your website issue.
First please configure your website to send email as described in my previous reply then I can help you to configure the contact form.

No, it is not fixed in the 5.0 version as this is a major release that contains Framework Upgrade.
The issue will be fixed soon.

i was find out how to disable featured image inside blog post. But i can do only one per each post. I want featured image disable inside post as default setting for every post , Can i and how ?
You can hide it on all posts by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.single-post article .post-thumbnail { display: none; }
How i can set the post content with popular post ? it just show id for specific post.

We are going to release the theme version 5.0 soon then you will be able to update the WPBakery Page Builder from the below path.

I logged into your website and tested sending an email using the Check & Log Email plugin as shown in the attached screenshot but I didn’t get the email.
It means your website is unable to send an email which is not a theme-specific issue.
You can troubleshoot and fix this issue as described on the below pages.

I have asked the website admin to process your refund request.
Yes, but if you click on it it automatically goes to a 404 page.
I tested it on a mobile device but couldn’t reproduce the issue.

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Please try clearing the LiteSpeed Cache that you are using on your website.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
