Recaptcha error message: I have drafted a Contact Us form on the Home page and Recaptcha. I followed Google’s instructions and simply pasted the data required for 2 views but got an error message. Please see second screen shot.

Hi — to clarify on what I meant by adding anchors, so that when an user clicks on “Contact Us” on the top bar Menu (=top navigation), he will be taken to the Contact Us section on the Home page.Please see what I mean by this sample site

Hi. I am very unexperienced using WordPress to build a website. I am trying to create a parallex effect like the one on Home Basic demo content Home page (Dots… section). I have a nagging suspicion the Parallex Image and Parallex Video options are missing from my Uyson Visual Editor. I have attached a screen shot to show you. Please tell me if they are missing and how I can fix this problem? If parallex images are not created this way, please tell me how then.
It is created using Section element and configuring its Background parallax option as shown in the attached screenshots.
I plan to create About Us, and Contact Us items to sit on the top bar navigation. When users click on them, they should go to an anchor spot on the Home page. Can you tell me how to create the anchor?
I am not sure what you mean by Top bar navigation so could you please share me the screenshot of it?

I want to log in to your site to troubleshoot it so I used your shared site credentials but I keep redirecting to your site page http://yoursite.com/shop/my-account/ which displays Coming Soon page.
Please make sure your site is accessible for me to troubleshoot the issue.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Moreover, do you have any recommendation for an mobile-design optimization plugin. I’ve once tried a plugin (I think it was smth with yellow pen), but the theme than crashed. Finally, I restored the whole website.

I can troubleshoot it using your shared site credentials as it is not admin credentials so could you please make the shared user as an admin?
Could you please tell me how you have configured the vimeo video?

Then please add some margins between those sections so that they won’t overlap with each other.

First of all Please immediately change your shared site credentials in the file as you have shared it publicly in the forum which is accessible for everybody.
If you want to share any sensitive data privately then add them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”.
Also you have just shared the site login credentials but not site URL so please share all the details so that I can troubleshoot.

Please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following page.

If you do then please set it to false.
