Looks like we found the issue.
Under Jevelin theme settings > Styling section > try to set body font option “Line height” to 1.

Yes, just download the WordPress installation and upload only the index.php file.
At the moment here is no need to do anything in the database.
Can you please share your website login data in the private field bellow? In that way we could inspect and fix this issue faster.

Looks like we found the issue – you had Unyson framework plugin installed besides Redux framework. As it is not used any more it was only causing compatibility issues.
We disabled it and looks like now it is working fine. 🙂

Looks like your WordPress setup is missing the index.php file. It is not our theme related issue, but you can try to download WordPress installation from the WordPress.org website and copy only index.php file.

We can understand that and we would like to improve this element, but as it is built by WPBakery page builder team there isn’t a lot we can do here.
We can only improve/change Jevelin created elements that are under Jevelin tab (when adding new elements).

It looks like that the options are opened fine in the left side, so when you change them nothing happens?
To fix this issue faster can you please share login data in the private field bellow? As this is not a common issue and it is hard to tell what could be the issue without testing it.

Hi there,
You should be able to upgrade the plugin to the latest version from our theme. We try to include latest plugin versions in our theme updates.
Otherwise it is not possible for us to get licence key for users directly as our extended plugin licence can’t be shared. Sill it is fully legal to use plugin like that as it is covered by our theme extended licence.

We just did some testing and we saw that Unyson plugin was causing some issues, therefore we disabled it.
Besides that it looks like your issue is related to WPBakery element options. You are trying to include page inside page inside page which creates forever loop and therefore crashes.
That is weird, would it be possible for us to login to your website and debug it in that way? Otherwise it is hard to find the cause.
You can add this information in the private field.
