    Hi there,

    Could you please give it a shot and download the latest version from Themeforest, then proceed with a fresh theme installation? By doing so, we can ensure that the theme files have been completely reset.

    Let us know if that works.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Hi there,

    Is your theme updated to the latest version? The latest is 5.6

    If yes, can you please share a link to your website, so we can inspect this issue further?

    Best regards,

    Would it be possible for us to log in to your website, so we can debug this issue further?

    Yes, you understood it correctly.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to convert them automatically, only if you have used our demo content importer, then you can import the same demo again with WPBakery-optimized content.

    Sure, it can be done via custom CSS code that you can add inside the theme settings:

    .post-single-content a {
    ย  ย  ย text-decoration: underline;
    }
    .post-single-content a:hover {
    ย  ย  text-decoration: none;
    }

    Let us know if that works!

    Hello,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your WordPress website. As you’ve experienced, directly modifying theme files can sometimes lead to complications or even cause your site to stop functioning. Fortunately, using a tool like the Loco Translate WordPress plugin can help avoid such issues by providing a safer way to make text changes.

    Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to rename the “Portfolio” section to “Case Studies” using Loco Translate:

    1. Install Loco Translate Plugin: In your WordPress admin, navigate to Plugins > Add New. In the search box, type “Loco Translate”. Click “Install Now” next to the Loco Translate plugin, and then activate it.
    2. Select Your Theme: Now, go to Loco Translate > Themes. Here, you’ll see a list of all the themes installed on your site. Select your active theme (in this case, “Haste”).
    3. Edit Strings: After selecting the theme, click on “Edit template”. In the list of strings, look for the ‘Portfolio’ string. Note that this may require browsing through several pages of strings, or you can use the “Filter Translation” search box to locate it quicker.
    4. Translate the String: Once you’ve found the ‘Portfolio’ string, click on it to select it. In the text box at the bottom of the page, replace ‘Portfolio’ with ‘Case Studies’.
    5. Save Your Changes: After making the changes, click “Save” to apply them. The ‘Portfolio’ section on your site should now display as ‘Case Studies’.

    Please remember, it’s generally best to avoid modifying theme or plugin files directly. Such changes can easily be overwritten during updates, and as you’ve seen, they can sometimes cause your site to malfunction. Using a translation plugin like Loco Translate can provide a safer, more sustainable way to customize your site’s text.

    I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,

    Hello Sofia,

    Thank you so much for reaching out and for your recent purchase of our theme!

    Regarding your query about the Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder licenses, I’d like to clarify how it works with the themes purchased from ThemeForest.

    When you purchase a theme that bundles such premium plugins like Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder, you are allowed to use these plugins with the theme without any additional cost. These plugins are fully functional and updates for them are provided through theme updates.

    However, direct license keys for these plugins are not included, which means that you won’t be able to activate them as you would if you purchased the plugins directly from the developers. This doesn’t mean you’re using an unlicensed product but rather it’s licensed under the theme. This arrangement is due to the licensing rules set by Envato (ThemeForest).

    Despite this, the lack of direct licenses will not affect your website’s operation or limit these plugins’ functionality. You still get access to all the features you need to create stunning websites with our theme!

    I hope this clears up any confusion. If you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Best Regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Got it!

    Try adjusting the Link Color and Link Color Hover options under Gillion Settings > Styling.

    If we are still talking about the Revolution Slider content, then a video like this could be helpful – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icuP-D7d2ro

    Also you can see their documentation here – https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/looking-closer-at-slider-revolution/

    That is strange as it should be working.

    Maybe you have rewritten some files via the child theme? So the changes don’t apply. If you are using a child theme can you switch to the main theme for a moment and see if it works then?

    Hi there,

    Currently, we are not sure what could be the cause.

    Cany you share a link to your website, so we can inspect it further? (if needed you can use private information field for that)

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    It seems that this will require custom work via the child theme to rewrite it.

    If you are planing to do so, then most likely you will need to edit the archive.php file.

    Hi there,

    Refux framework mostly controls just the theme and page options that will be very similar after the upgrade.

    If you still have the Unyson page builder content, then unfortunately you will need to leave the Unyson plugin active as this will work for the users who don’t use it anymore and instead uses the WPBakery page builder plugin.

    Hi there,

    Can you please clarify what you mean regarding “activate WPBakery”?

    If you mean regarding the license key, then there is no need to activate it as it is covered by the theme extended license and should work just fine without it.

    Best regards,
