    It seems that the social icons element was set to hide faster than needed. We changed its settings and now it should be fine.

    Sorry for that, we previously added multiple fixes, but it seems that none of them worked as expected and their hosting supports didn’t help us either.

    Yes, we tried multiple solutions, but it seems that this functionality (playing videos without user input) is restricted on mobile devices.

    It seems that your website has SSL or HTTPS issues as on the shop page we can see that some assets are trying to load on HTTPS, but failing.

    Are you using the latest theme version? In the recent theme versions, we did add fixes for issues like this.

    It seems that there are two ways to do that:
    1. Go to the layer option tab and select “Size & Pos” click on the image that you want to make full width and then in the section “Position & size” change Layer Align to “Scene”
    2. Try adding the image as the background, here is the video explanation – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UotKGlljp0k

    We just did some testing and it seems that the left and right side spaces seem to be related to the Slider Revolution settings. So we can recommend adjusting the Slider Revolution settings.

    Please try to go to the Jevelin Settings (at the topbar) > Header and try adjusting the Header Template option.
