Thank you!
We inspected your website and added a new option in the theme settings to change the default landscape image ratio to square (an updated version has already been uploaded to your website).
Now all the images will be square (where the image size will be larger than 660×660 px).
Let us know if that works! 🙂

Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
Can you please let us know which CSS script did you add?
It seems that there might be an issue with it.
Also, we can see that there are a lot of custom modifications for the logo as it seems that you have a custom background image as the logo instead of images. Is there a reason for that?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
In this case, we are not sure what could cause it.
Maybe you can share login details to your website, so we can inspect it further? (you can share it in the private information field below)

Hi there,
Is the One Page Navigation option enabled under the Jevelin Settings > General?
If that doesn’t work then currently we don’t have such an option, but we can think about implementing it.

Hi there,
Does the footer not function correctly on all pages or only some of them?
We asking that, because it is possible to manually overwrite the settings for each page and post.

Hi there,
Currently, this feature is not supported on mobile devices.
We can recommend adding the link to the navigation and then we can create a custom CSS for hiding it on the desktop.

Shufflehound team
You are welcome! 🙂
You are welcome!
You are welcome!
Oh, that is located under a different place: Templates (in the admin sidebar) > Saved Templates > Header (tab). There select the header you want to edit and click on Edit with Elementor.
Otherwise, the easier option would be to open a page where the header can be seen (in front-end), and in the admin topbar hover Elementor and choose the header from the dropdown (it will have a header tag).
After the Elementor page builder is loaded just click on the search icon and on the left side, there will be the element options.
Hope it helps! 🙂
You can add this CSS snippet below under Haste Settings > Custom CSS/JS > CSS Code:
.sh-portfolio-single-breadcrumbs { Â display: none; }
Hi there,
Can you please give us more specific like your website link?
Did you do that manually or did you use Local Google Fonts plugin?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Not at the moment.
Would it be possible to log in to your website, so we can debug this issue? (you can share the login details in the private information field).
Hi there,
Are you using the latest theme version?
You can also install the Redux plugin manually from the plugins section.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you for the login details, unfortunately, we couldn’t access the theme settings, which are needed for us to fix the issues.
Can you please activate it for us?
Custom CSS can be added in the theme settings (under CSS/JS section).
Thank you!
We tested your website and we saw that the 300 x 300 crop was working fine for your product images.
Have you managed to fix it or did you downgrade the WooCommerce version to fix it?
Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
For the pages, we tested the parallax footer was working just fine. Did you manage to fix it?

Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
First, you can try to remove and install the Unyson framework plugin again.
If that doesn’t work and you don’t use the Unyson page builder we recommend upgrading away from the Unyson framework plugin to the Redux framework.

Hi there,
Currently, we don’t have such a built-in feature, but you can use Sticky Header Effects for Elementor plugin with this custom CSS:
.sh-header .container { Â max-width: none!important; }
After the setup, you can enable it for the header section under advanced tab.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Sorry for that, we have attached a screenshot below on how to disable that option for the search form element.
