    Thank you! Your latest reply really clarified the issues for us as we were thinking about how to help you to solve this for a while.

    About both of the issues, we would like to ask again if it is possible to get access to the theme settings, so we can debug it and figure out why it is not working. Without access, it is much hard to solve it. Currently, the only thing that we can offer would be to create a custom CSS.

    Oh, it seems that we understood the issue.

     

    Our carousel only supports blog posts – no other post types (like pages or products) will work there. It seems that we can’t change it that easily without creating a new element, which is a time-consuming process.

    1. We updated the link structure to support more SEO-friendly links (under Settings > Permalink), which seems to have fixed it
    2. We added custom CSS under Jevelin Settings > CSS/JS, which hides the category in the portfolio pages

    It seems that we may found the cause.

    The uploaded images are too small to auto-generate square image sizes in your mentioned place. Can you please try to upload larger images?
