Hi there,
We are using a Javascript library for the share functionality and it seems that the library is now a little bit outdated.
We can give you a code on how to disable the Pinterest share functionality, but adding it in that exact places won’t be that easy, due to the fact that the plugin is creating it.

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
About your questions:
- We just tested the share functionality and it seems that it was working fine for us on Google Chrome 111 version. Which browser version are you using? Maybe some extension is blocking it?
- It seems that your website has some setup issues – Access to font at ‘https://www.chambre-immobiliere.lu/wp-content/themes/jevelin/fonts/Simple-Line-Icons.woff2?ver=2.4.0’ from origin ‘https://chambre-immobiliere.lu’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Might be somehow related to that your assets are loading from another subdomain than your website. When we visit your website from – https://www.chambre-immobiliere.lu everything seems fine

Hi there,
We have made functionality for auto updates when the theme license is entered in the dashboard. If you have experienced issues with it we can offer to log in to your website and inspect the issue (you can share it in the private information field).
About manual updating, you can just upload the zip file (like the first time) and no customizations will be lost.

Hi there,
There should be an option called order by and there you can select the option random.
Let us know if that works! 🙂

Hi there,
It seems that the links are correct, but for some reason redirect to the homepage. Here you can see how it should work – https://gillion.shufflehound.com/author/gillionshufflehound/
Maybe some plugin is causing that. You can try to disable non-essential plugins and see if that helps. Otherwise, we can offer you to log in to your website and inspect it further (you can share them in the private information field).
About the customizations, currently, there are not a lot of options for that specific page.

Hi there,
We are not sure why that could be happening.
Maybe you can share login details to your website, so we can test this further? (you can share them in the private information field)

Hi there,
It seems that the video didn’t attach (maybe it was too large).
Can you please try sending it again? Maybe you can host it somewhere and send us a link.
Best regards,

It seems that there is a bug indeed.
Currently, we fixed it with custom CSS (added in the theme settings).
Can you please let us know if the issue is fixed?
Can you please also add this custom code below:
.primary-desktop .header-social-media { display: inline-flex; }Let us know if that fixes it. 🙂
Thank you for your login details.
Unfortunately, we got this error message when trying to log in – Error: The username is not registered on this site.
Can you please check that?
You are welcome!
We are glad that it worked! 🙂
That is great!
Thank you for letting us know.
Hi there,
That is a good question. If there are issues with both Envato and our theme activation system, then it seems that it might be still hosting-related.
We can offer to login to your website and debug it further if needed.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We inspected this further and unfortunately, it seems that custom theme file modifications will be needed to achieve it. There are multiple files that contain this functionality including inc/helpers_blog.php, single.php, comments.php, and more.
If needed we can offer paid theme customizations.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
No worries! 🙂
Thank you for letting us know the details.
