    Hi there,

    It seems that you are using the header builder (with the WPBakery page builder). The content should be available under the Headers section (at the left admin side menu).

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    It seems that your website uses our header builder element for our header.

    You can change the icon pack for the element icons when:

    • Going to Admin dashboard > Headers (at the left side)
    • Opening your current header in the WPBakery page builder
    • Editing the Header builder element
    • And changing the Icon pack under the General tab

    Let us know if that helps!

    Hi there,

    We did more testing and we couldn’t replicate this behavior in our test sites as the lightbox was working fine for both mobile and desktop.

    In order to troubleshoot this issue further, we will need to access your admin dashboard. You can share it in the private information field below.

    Hi there,

    We did a lot of testing for your site and finally found the issue.

    The issue was coming from your child theme header.php file. We added some tweaks for it and now it seems that the header is working fine.

    Can you please take a look? 🙂

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Hi there,

    We created a new beta version (available below) with a new option under Gillion Settings (at the topbar) > Header > Elements – Language Switch option.

    Please login to access this file

    Please let us know if that works! 🙂

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    Sorry for our late response.

    It might be related to your performance optimization plugin. We can see some broken JavaScript and most likely the performance plugin is causing it. You could test it with a disabled performance optimization plugin to see if it is causing it.

    Oh, now we understood the issue.

    Not sure why that is happening, but you can try this custom CSS:

    body .sh-nav-mobile > li a:hover  {
        color: inherit!important;
    }

    Hi there,

    This issue should be fixed in the latest theme version.

    Please update the theme and the issue should be fixed. 🙂

    You need to use our theme built-in quantity increment buttons for the mobile view. It seems that your product page has some custom work done, so you will need to contact the developer who worked on your theme.

    Which icon do you want to change? As it seems that you have two different icons for mobile and desktop versions.

    That is great!

    Those layouts are coming from PHP files in inc/headers folder. Unfortunately, those can only be edited manually.

    Thank you, we managed to log in to your website.

    About the Header Template option – all the standard layouts (not built under the Header section) work fine with the Jevelin Settings options. The custom build layouts (from the Header section) use WPBakery page builder options and you can check them when editing them in the WPBakery page builder element (the will be Linkedin too).

    Maybe that clarifies why the Linkedin option needs to be changed differently for the custom layouts.

    Hi there,

    Did you manage to fix it? As it seems that it is working just fine now.

    We only noticed that the mobile logo isn’t loading correctly as it isn’t updated to your current domain.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    Did you manage to test it when there are fewer visitors online?

    Would it be possible to log in to your website? (you can share it in the private information field below). That would be the fastest way how we could help to fix this issue as we could test it ourselves.

    Hi there,

    That is strange as the image popup isn’t working correctly on both desktop and mobile. Would it be possible to log in to your website, so we can inspect this further? (you can share it in the private information field below).

    Hi there,

    It seems that currently the header isn’t built with the Jevelin theme. Is this issue still relevant?

    Hi there,

    We are sorry to hear that.

    You will need to create a new refund request in Themeforest so that we can confirm it.

    Hi there,

    About your questions:

    1. We would recommend creating a new separate page for the WPBakery content and when the page is recreated you can either:
      1. delete the old Unyson page and set the old slug for your WPBakery page
      2. rename the Unyson page slug to something different and then rename the WPBakery page slug to the old Unyson page slug
    2. Unfortunately, it seems that this one one of the features that the WPBakery page builder is missing
    3. One of the ways would be to add this overlay manually for those images and then reupload them in WordPress
    4. You can try this custom CSS below:

    .page-default-content {
        padding: 0!important;
    }

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    We are glad that it worked!

    Not sure yet, as previously this option has been working just fine. We added this to our to-do list to check this functionality more in depth.
