Hi there,
It is possible that due to cache this feature isn’t working correctly.
Please try to go to Gillion Settings (at the topbar) > Post > Post View Count and change it to On (slow, works with cache plugins).
Let us know if that works!

Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
So just to understand it correctly when you mentioned that when you switched to the standard you meant the standard theme? If so, did your website also have issues when switching to the standard theme and disabling the Redux framework? We just want to make sure that the issue is related to our theme.

That is strange. In that case, you can just send them to our email at [email protected].
Please let us know when you send it.
Hi there,
It seems that we will need to log into your website to fully understand and fix the issue. Would that be possible?

Hi there,
It seems that the footer built by the WPBakery page builder currently doesn’t support the parallax effect. When switching to the default footer layout parallax is working as expected.

It seems that we managed to fix it. It has been blocked under Slider Revolution options (see below).
Can you please take a look? π
It seems that we managed to fix the curved corners.

Hi there,
Sorry for the confusion.
We have two-page builders due to the fact that one of them is a legacy page builder (Unyson) and another is the current one (WPBakery). You should just install all the demos which have the WPBakery page builder mentioned.
It seems that you just need to install – Portfolio (WPBakery Builder) demo besides the corporate demo and you will have what you need with a one page builder.

Hi there,
It seems that we found the issue – for some unknown reason you’re website HTML block tag gets added a custom CSS that is causing it.
Below we created a simple CSS that should fix it:
html { Β height: auto!important }

Hi there,
We can see that you have a message – the Elementor Pro license has expired. That may be the issue if you have built it via Elementor Pro header builder.

Hi there,
We can understand that.
Maybe you can try to switch from the masonry to the grid layout. It seems that there won’t be too much of a difference visually.
