We changed the header layout to standard (not built with the page builder) and now the theme options should work just fine.

When enabling the post parallax option the parallax was on, just in stuck position.
We tried to write a CSS that would overwrite it, but with no success.
Looks like the only solution would be to find where that CSS snippet is coming from. If needed we can take a look in your admin panel.

It seems that the parallax is blocked due to this CSS snippet (screenshot attached bellow). We couldn’t find that in our theme, so it seems that it is added via custom theme modifications.

It seems a lot better now and we don’t see any white screen now.
Only thing that we can recommend is to move menu text from Slider Revolution to WPBakery page builder content as for us Slider Revolution content performs pretty slow.

The license should work in either way as our system will automatically remove old license. So in this case it seems that your website have issues connecting to our server.
