Hi there,
Can you please disable performance optimization plugins? Then try again.
Most likely that a performance optimization plugin is causing this issue.
If that will be the case, then you will need to adjust it’s settings till the CSS starts loading as you like.

You are welcome! 🙂

Hi there,
We might have an idea what could cause this – please go to Jevelin Settings > Styling > Body and removing Line Height value 0.
Let us know if that works! 🙂

Hi there,
It seems that you need to increase the product image thumbnail size to something larger (current is 300px width). You can follow this video tutorial to change it – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtbVCpzCmg8

Hi there,
It seems that you also need to change the font-size attribute, to change the icon size via CSS.

Thank you we were able to login, but when visiting frontend we got:
This page isn’t working
…Â is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
Is it working fine for you?
Hi there,
Here will be an article about what is a child theme.
In short – A child theme is a WordPress theme that inherits the functionality, features, and style of another WordPress theme, the parent theme. You can then customize the child theme without making any changes to the parent theme.
We will need an login details to your website, if you will like for us to create this custom change for you (can be shared in the private information bellow).

Can you please disable performance optimization plugins? Then try again.
Most likely that a performance optimization plugin is causing this issue.
If that will be the case, then you will need to adjust it’s settings till the section starts working.
Sorry for our late response.
Can you please give us a link to one of those products?
We would like to check if those are build with the Unyson page builder or not. Because if they are not built with the Unyson page builder then there shouldn’t be any issues after migration (you can share the link in the private information field bellow)
You should backup your custom CSS, but it could work as in the frontend there isn’t lot of changes, when moving from Unyson to Redux.
Sure, you can use both page builders at the time.
