The acknouledged the problem comes from the custom work which was done on the Theme, the childteam work on the Theme probably did some custom work which is the nature of the problem.
Actually, we don’t provide support to the custom work.

The shared page is created using the Unyson page builder and not the WPBakery page builder so you can only edit it using the Unyson page builder.

Please make sure that you have activated the Slider revolution plugin from the path Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins and make sure that the demo slider is imported.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

It seems happening because of the custom CSS code generated using the yellow pencil editor so could you please try temporarily deactivating the yellow pencil editor plugin?

Please clear your website and browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.

Let me explain it to you again.
On iPad, the theme displays mobile navigation but we have developed a feature in the theme settings called “iPad landscape navigation – Enable or disable iPad landscape to use desktop navigation (experimental feature)”.
The feature is experimental which means it is in the beta stage and not fully developed so it may not work.
If the feature does not work then there is no other option to display desktop navigation on iPad so you have to develop custom code to achieve this.

Yes, you can use the WPBakery page builder plugin.
It’s in the plugin territory so beyond the scope of the theme functionality.
