Hi @cheeks,
Thank you for your question.
I am not sure which header image you are talking about but if you are talking about Titlebar Background Image then it displays as a background of Titlebar and Titlebar Revolution Slider replaces titlebar content with Revolution Slider .

Hi @jmcdaid12,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure the file exists on the path /home/sdstudio12/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/include-framework.php on your server and it has appropriate read permissions for applications.

Hi @airfr8,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The theme comes bundled with Unyson page builder but apart from that you can also use WPBakery Page Builder with the theme.

Hi @Be½,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Unyson plugin Image Points content element doesn’t display alt attribute for images.
You can try using following plugin solutions to set it.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/automatic-image-alt-attributes/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/seo-image-alt-tags/

Hi @dilge,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
The theme doesn’t require this plugin so you can deactivate it by renaming the plugin directory in the folder /wo-content/plugins/ using FTP or cPanel file manager.
Also please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following page.

The Google map content element is not working because you have configured it with Invalid key which is causing InvalidKeyMapError that you can fix as described here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key-map-error

Hi @sujaselv
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Also could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that i can help you?

Hi @Steen010,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:
define('WP_DEBUG',true);
You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.
Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.
Also please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following page.

I can see the product images are displaying in same height on your site shop page using shared CSS code as shown in the last attached screenshot.
Is it displaying same for you?
This is exactly the issue — my Shop page is NOT displaying per the demo content. It is misaligned and I am disappointed that I have had to write so many messages to get Shufflehound to help.
As I have already told you that on our demo site https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/shop/ we have added same amount of content in our products therefore it is displaying in same height but this is not the case with your site as shown in the attached screenshots.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Nope … i dont see circles
You have to visit the post on your site front end to see the circles.
And in the wordpress.com GUI – i still dont see the gallery.
It seems wordpress.com issue so please contact their support.
What browser are you using ? maybe there is a difference … I’m using Chrome
I am also using chrome browser.
Sorry we don’t have any ETA for it.
If you have more questions then to help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Hi @deantep,
Thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me the section name or the screenshot of the section where you want to display it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It seems happening on your shared site because of the popup you are using on your site as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please try disabling it?
