Looks like we found the issue.
Under Jevelin theme settings > Styling section > try to set body font option “Line height” to 1.

Yes, just download the WordPress installation and upload only the index.php file.
At the moment here is no need to do anything in the database.
Can you please share your website login data in the private field bellow? In that way we could inspect and fix this issue faster.

Looks like we found the issue – you had Unyson framework plugin installed besides Redux framework. As it is not used any more it was only causing compatibility issues.
We disabled it and looks like now it is working fine. 🙂

Looks like your WordPress setup is missing the index.php file. It is not our theme related issue, but you can try to download WordPress installation from the WordPress.org website and copy only index.php file.
