    Hi there,

    Sure, we can help you with that, but the when entering your website it shows “This site can’t be reached”, can you please check that?

    We recommend disabling performance optimization plugins and checking if that helps.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Hi there,

    Give it a go by clicking on ‘New Language’ and following the steps provided, or try clicking on ‘Edit Template’. You should be able to find the texts you were mentioning in those sections.

    Hope that does the trick! Let us know. πŸ™‚

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    We didn’t address your question about outdated plugins earlier. Yes, there might be some deprecated plugins, but those are only for legacy theme users and are not required for new users of the theme. An example is the Unyson framework, which was our main framework plugin for a long time. Since it’s no longer being updated, we’ve moved to using the Redux framework. However, we’ve kept Unyson available for those who haven’t switched to Redux, as it might be handy in certain cases.

    None of the plugins included with our theme require any kind of payment, as they are covered by our extended theme licenses. It seems you are referring to the Slider Revolution plugin, which can be used without any additional cost. Some features, such as plugin updates, may not be available, but we provide it through the theme updates.

    Regarding the mega menu, we double-checked, and it’s working fine for us. Under Appearance > Menus, you can activate “Use as Mega Menu” for the first-level navigation items, and the mega menu should appear. Just make sure you’ve turned on the option to display blog posts.

    We recently checked the Facebook widget, and it was working fine. Just double-check that you’re entering the correct Facebook username. If your Facebook page is https://facebook.com/myusername, then you should enter “myusername” in the widget settings.

    We’re aware of a glitch with the Instagram feed and currently recommend using a different plugin as a workaround, due to changes on Instagram’s end.

    If you’re looking to reinstall the demo content, you should be fine, but it’s always a good idea to back up your work, just to be safe.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    If you have a link to the Elementor page we could look on that too.

    It looks like our code was somehow removed from the Jevelin Settings.

    Could it have been accidentally overwritten?

    In any case, we’ve added it back in. Here it is, just in case you need it:

    .sh-footer-paralalx-init .content-container,
    .sh-footer-paralalx-init .blog-editor-content-container {
        background-color: #000!important;
    }

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately, our latest fixes haven’t worked out for your specific situation.

    Do you have any idea when this issue first started? Maybe after an update or something? We’re just trying to gather some extra info to help us get to the bottom of this.

    Hi there,

    The default font might be the Roboto.

    Currently, it’s challenging to determine the exact cause of the issue. Would it be possible for us to log in to your website for a closer inspection? If so, please enter your login details in the private information field.

    Hi there,

    It seems to be a Safari-related issue, as everything appeared to be working fine on Chrome. We’ve created a small CSS snippet that should help improve it:

    .sh-button-container {
    Β  Β  Β white-space: nowrap;
    }

    Please add it to the Jevelin Settings and let us know if that helps! πŸ™‚

    Hello!

    It looks like the issue is connected to your WordPress setup, since plugin updates are managed directly through WordPress, and there’s not much we can do to alter that process. We’ve also successfully updated to version 4.4.8 without any issues.

    Also you can always update it manually. Just download the ZIP file from here and install it yourself.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for our late response, we added one custom CSS adjustment.

    Can you please let us know if that fixed it? πŸ™‚

    Hello!

    That’s definitely an unusual issue. It sounds like it might be due to a plugin conflict. Could you try disabling your plugins one at a time to see if that resolves the problem?

    Also, we suggest using plugins like WebP Express. They’re quite handy in situations where WebP might not be available or functioning properly in some browsers. The plugin would then automatically provide the JPEG version as a fallback.

    Hello!

    Sorry for getting back to you a bit late.

    Just to answer your questions:

    1. To get rid of the social icons, just clear out the fields in Jevelin Settings > Social Media Icons.
    2. For some tweaks, head over to Jevelin Settings > Footer. If you need to adjust widget areas, go to Appearance > Widgets. (Tip: If you’re on a newer WordPress version, you might need the Classic Widgets plugin.)
    3. Right now, we’ve got features for changing the icons that appear when you hover, and you can find these under Jevelin Settings.

    Hope this helps you out!

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for the link; it was very helpful!

    1. Please test our latest beta version provided below, where the leftover Google+ code should be completely removed:

    Please login to access this file

    2. We’ve just tested the Shufflehound Facebook widget, and it worked well for us. Ensure that you correctly enter your Facebook account slug in the Facebook Name option. For instance, if your page link is https://facebook.com/somepagelink, then you should enter “somepagelink” in that field.

    Hope this helps! πŸ™‚

    Hello,

    After each modification, we recommend visiting Settings > Permalinks and saving the settings, as links might have been cached in some instances.

    Could you please try doing that again?

    @okeydokeydad Hello, you can try to add !important to the line-height value. Let us know if that helps! πŸ™‚

    Hello,

    Certainly! Could you please specify the exact locations where you’d like to change the Twitter icon? It depends on the specific element or option you’re using.

    If you could share a link to your website, that would be very helpful.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound Team
