Hi there,
That is strange.
Would it be possible for us to login in to your website, so we can test it and find the cause for this issue? (you can share it in the private information field)
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We are glad that it worked! 🙂
It seems that you site have a CSS snippet that causes it (attached below) and it seems that it is not coming from our theme.
You could try to overwrite it with this custom CSS:
.sh-header ul.sub-menu {
 overflow: visible!important;
}
Let us know if that works! 🙂
Hi there,
It seems that our theme doesn’t support it, but you could use plugin like Popup Maker or Popup Builder to achieve this functionality.

Hi there,
We just upgraded Unyson to Redux and everything seems to work just fine. We also updated theme to the latest beta version and we didn’t see any errors in the process.
Can you please take a look?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We recreated this functionality with a plugin and it seems that it is working now.
Can you please take a look now?
Thank you!
It seems that we managed to fix it in the latest beta version.
Can you please take a look? 🙂
Hi there,
Sorry for our late response here.
We just did some testing and it seems it now shows entries with a date you specified and we can even see newer entries. Does it mean that the issue is fixed?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Would it be possible to login to your website, so we can test this issue further? (you can share the login data in the private information field)
About them custom field, that is the field which contains page builder information and should leave it as is.
Hi there,
Can you please specify what exactly you want to change? Maybe you can share a link?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you, you can try this: add “column-bottomleft” as the Class Name for the column you have this block and then add this CSS snippet to your website:
.column-bottomleft {
justify-content: flex-end!important;
align-items: flex-start!important;
}
Let us know if that works! 🙂
This child theme should just that. Can you please test it? After child theme installation please go to Admin panel > Settings > Permalinks and click save changes to update the links.
The parent theme gets overwritten after the update. The child theme is meant for this kind of changes, because it won’t be overwritten.
Hi there,
Thank you for your login details.
We removed the image expand button. Can you please tell us which color we should set as the portfolio hover color?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Thank your login info.
Unfortunately it seems that the login details isn’t working for us, can you please check them?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
It seems that this could be done via custom CSS, can we please know which page builder are you using? And still if we will be creating a custom CSS we will need a link to the website, so we can create and test it.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Yes, you can send it to [email protected] or enter it here in the private information field.

Hi there,
You can install the latest stable version from the Themeforest or via automatic updates (if you have entered you license in the Jevelin dashboard). That should fix your issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
That is a strange error as no other user has reported such issue.
We would need a login data to your website to debug and fix it as we couldn’t replicate it in our test site.
About the Redux framework – it is meant as an replacement for the Unyson framework and is meant for the theme settings. In the long term you should upgrade as the Unyson framework as the plugin isn’t developed anymore and could cause some issues in the future. As for the WPBakery page builder (in this process) you won’t need to change anything about it.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Can you please check if you are using the latest theme version? (the latest is 5.3.3).
Also can you please disable the background video feature to check if that isn’t causing these issues.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Did you manage to fix it? We couldn’t replicate the issue anymore.
We could see the article content immediately as the page started to load.
Best regards,
