Understood a little. But questions are piling up. Now help me figure out the child theme. When installing a theme, you need to activate the parent, or immediately you need to activate the child theme, and install demo content in it, and make all the settings.
You can activate the child theme at any time.

I couldn’t figure out where to edit the menu. I need to edit the icons and temporarily remove the trash can.

Yes, I could confirm the error on your website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

But editing blocks on the page is not working. edit panel is not opening. I tried in different browsers

Could you please test it by clearing your browser cache and deactivating all the browser extensions?
It’s all working fine now again after deleting the css code.

Another question, why is the Gillion customize page sometimes working and sometimes not showing at all?

As said earlier that I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me so it seems your website or web server specific issue.
This is the issue that your website can’t import demo content or install plugins from external public servers.
Please make sure that your website can call & access public servers to make it work.
You can contact your web host to do it.

I logged into your website and tested the issue multiple times but I couldn’t reproduce the issue.
Could you please test it by clearing your browser cache and using a different browser?
