The theme does support it; however, we have received multiple bug reports that we are currently investigating to determine whether they are related to WordPress 6.3 or not.

Have you tried the Yoast SEO plugin? It usually helps in this regards.
If you have, please try disabling the AMP plugin and see if that helps!
Also we recommend using some caching plugin to improve the website loading speed.

Have you tried adjusting the Title Font Size option under the Gillon Settings > Content? Or under Gillon Settings > Styling > Sidebar > Headings?
About the spacing you add add this custom CSS under the Gillion Settings > Custom CSS

That is strange as we also have the latest versions for both WordPress and Elementor, but text length seems fine.
Can you please let us know if adjusting the Description Length option under Gillion Settings > Blog changes anything?
