Hi there,
Thank you for the website link, unfortunately, we did some testing and at the moment we still can’t figure out the issue.
Would it be possible to log in to your website, so we can test the option further and create fixes/test them?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
For some unknown reason, the Redux framework plugin can’t read or write to /wp-content/uploads/redux/google_fonts.json file. Most likely that is due to the website hosting.
One way to fix that would be to create that file (if it doesn’t exist) and change its permission to allow reading and writing.
Let us know if that works!
Hi there,
Please try to disable the AMP plugin.
That should fix it.
Let us know if that works! 🙂

Thank you, it seems that this is the correct username!
Now we got an error about an incorrect password. Can you please check that?
Hi there,
Sure, we will take a look.
Only at the moment, the login information shows that the username is not found. Can you please recheck it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We are glad that it worked! 🙂
We added a different blog post element to achieve the functionality you wanted and it seems that it is working fine now.
Can you please take a look? 🙂
Sure, maybe you have access to the PHP error log? That would really help a lot to determine the cause of this issue
Hi there,
Sure, please try going to Appearance > Menus and create a new navigation (if you don’t have it already) and assign it to Header Navigation.
Let us know if that works! 🙂

Hi there,
If you have removed the Unyson framework, make sure that you have completed framework migration to the Redux framework under Jevelin (left admin sidebar) > Framework Upgrade. As Redux framework replaces Unyson theme settings.
Let us know if that works! 🙂

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We could only create a migration wizard from the Unyson theme and page settings to the Redux framework theme and page settings. Unfortunately, we didn’t find a way to create such functionality for page builders.
If your content was based on one of our demos, then you install it again but based on the WPBakery page builder. In that case, you will have a base and it should be easier to migrate your content.

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
It seems that we can’t see the load button anymore on your website. Is the issue fixed? If not we can offer to log in to your website and debug this issue for you (you can share login details in the private information field)
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Yes, we can see that.
Can you please disable the sticky header under Gillion Settings (at the topbar) > Header > Sticky Header and see if the background is still jumping?
Let us know if that changes anything as then we might try to add some changes to the sticky header
Hi there,
We disabled the Elementor page builder, and all pages can be edited now. It seems that there were compatibility issues between WPBakery and Elementor page builders.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Sure, we are glad that it is working now! 🙂
We are glad that it worked! 🙂
We made some tests and found that the WP Mega Menu plugin works pretty well.
You can try that one and please let us know how that goes!
Hi there,
Yes, it seems that this is built with the WPBakery page builder.
Can you please see if the WPBakery page builder plugin is installed and activated?
About the login details can you please let us know for which website it is meant?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Thank you for noticing!
In the latest beta version this PHP notice should be fixed (related to _register_controls).
Please login to access this file
Please try it and let us know if that works! 🙂
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Did you manage to fix both of those issues?
We can see that you have successfully set the SVG logo for the header, and the header seems sticky.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
